The Best Ninja Blender

He always accompanies us and is there for whatever you need, whether it's juice, smoothie, pasta or cake. And even so, each person has a different need and the market delivers a large list of options. How then to choose the right model for you? That's what we want to explain to you today. I spent a lot of time taking good smoothies, juices and even making cakes in different models to be able to tell you.

CHEAPER

Mondial Turbo Power L-99 FB/FR

Capacity: 2.2 L

Power: 550 W

Speeds: 3

Mondial's model is the most basic of them. Jar is 2.2L polypropylene for liquids. We bought it in red, but there is also in black. And one thing caught my attention about it: it has a liquid and solid separator, which has the objective of crushing solid objects and separating them from the liquid.

Normally, this separator is a very fine metallic mesh that doesn't let the residue through, but here this mesh doesn't exist. What would be the metallic mesh is a plastic, and the separation is not so well done. I also didn't understand why the brand, which is Brazilian, uses the English name cups on its glass , instead of cups.

There are only three speeds here, although it is called Turbo Power. And more power is needed, as this was the only one that still kept large pieces of banana, even after three minutes of vitamin preparation at three speeds, and it has a pulsating function, for a more powerful and faster beat .

What worried me was during the preparation of a cake, which is a dense but simple dough, and I could see that it wouldn't last more than 4 minutes at speed 3. I smelled a strong burning smell and, for our sakes tests, I just followed with the light preparation with it.

In technical specifications, it has 550W of power, which Mondial says has the best performance for everyday recipes, such as smoothies, cake, juices and soups.

The lid has a 40ml meter and, not to say that I only criticize it, the fitting of the pieces is easy and it is very light, weighing 2kg. The wire concealer helps not to leave anything too apparent, apart from the risk of bumping into the handle and the blender falling, and the self-cleaning function greatly advances the work of removing residues that persist in sticking, especially when we are preparing pasta.
